I brought my truck in for a DEF system problem and a vibration in steering wheel. Had tire balancing and alignment as well as an oil change and Nox sensor replacement. It took three days to complete. The vibration is now gone however the vehicle now pulls to the right. If it was test driven it would be issue would have been evident. I made another appointment to return the vehicle.
