Your service manager, Sean, is excellent at his job, a real people person. When I called him, I couldn't get into my car. He gave me the instructions on how to access using the secret key in the fob, which my sales rep, Julian Perez, forgot to tell/show me. He gave me the 800# to call for a jump (didn't work) and then had me call for a tow. I valued his instructions, they really calmed me down. Your entire service team is top notch. They kept me updated on when my car would be fixed (needed a new battery). Also had the rear window wiper motor replaced and filled the tires (not done with the tire rotation in June). Just the greatest!!!! (Especially Sean, he should get an award).
