Ivan was very patient with me and respected me wanting to take my time. He really tried his best to get me the best trade in value and I appreciate that he tried so hard even on his last two days working there! Pierce took over and made everything simple. He was very straightforward and made everything go smooth. He showed me the vehicle once more, helped me get the app set up and answered any questions I had! Once we were in the office, the finance manager had everything ready for us to just sign. The whole signing process took about 5 minutes. It was just a long wait in the lobby. I'm very happy with the vehicle and the rate. I appreciate everyone who was a part of this process.

When I enter the service area I had to wait , which is not a problem. The young lady was helping another and very distracted… I believe polite I will be with you in a moment would of been nice to hear… 2 other ladies were talking in the back area
