***Note to the Management Team*** GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!! STOP sending your best people away! You have no idea how disappointing it is to see new people in your service department, every 5000 miles!! Your Service Department has given me pause many times when having to deal with someone new. Work with your dedicated Team-members by listening to them rather than making them feel unvalued as individuals, and causing them to leave and work somewhere else. They deal with the customers firsthand, YOU don't! They are the key to keeping the integrity of your product operating for your customers. We want to come back and get serviced by the persons who have knowledge and understand the history about the vehicles, rather than having to explain to a different person every visit, and then becoming frustrated because this new person doesn't know how to speak professionally, or how to even say thank you for coming in. I was VERY HAPPY to see Justin back in the Service Department!!! That completely blew me away and absolutely made my day! I KNEW when I saw him that I was going to be taken care of! He gives exceptional customer service every single time I come in and I and my family have been a customer for many, many years! I hope to see him and the other great ones around for a long time coming.
Bill Webb and Jennifer were very professional and helpful. They were at a previous location I used but when I found out they had moved to the Joliet location, I have moved my business to the Joliet location. That's how much I appreciate their service. My car wash was very well done. I did not have any interaction with the technician. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable.
Horrible. Nobody answers calls. Nobody returns call after messages left. Service had my Truck a week for a 1 day job with parts in stock. Just a half hearted apology stating staff shortage. Didn���t even wash the truck after finishing the work.

Everything went well until pickup, when the battery was dead and needed a jump. Service did a full checkout of the battery and charger and did not find a fault. Possible something was left on waiting for pickup. I did cost me about 30 additional minutes being away from work.
Due to a flat, I needed a new tire. AAA put on a donut tire around 7am on 7/16. I called the service dept on 7/16 @ 8:30am and dropped off the tire and then I waited.... My service rep Zach was very nice & helpful. But, I couldn't get in to service dept for the tire to be put back on until 12 noon on 7/17. Then, I sat for another hour to get the tire put back on. The most irritating thing was, after I left, I noticed my donut tire wasn't placed back in it's spot (just thrown in the back.). I'm am an older lady and it was VERY difficult for me to lift it and put it back the proper storage area. That was sheer LAZINESS! I don't know who is doing your QA/QC but they to be retrained! They also sloppily left lube/grease on my rim. Very disappointing.
