Nothing wrong with the service but the wait was way too long. I booked an early appointment (7:45am) so they wouldn't be backed up by then. I arrived a few minutes early for a oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Never have I ever waited one hour and 45 minutes for that to be done. Might not be coming back!

Easy scheduling, prompt service. The checked out my concern of reoccurring tire pressure loss and found a nail in my sidewall. Replaced the tire in thirty minutes.

I had came to receive my first oil change and as soon as I entered the building I was greeted by Hector Ortiz immediately, who then not only aswered my questions regarding the oil change, but redirected me to their services. He also explained to me the process and soon enough I was out the door. He has made every experience and process a memorable one!

Hawk Auto did fabulous repairs on my Tahoe. They even did an oil change & rotated the tires. The car was literally brand new when I picked it up. Great paint job!
