RB is great to work with and handled the problem with my car as good as I could have hoped for with a the right attitude. But the service members/consultants who didn’t do their jobs and failed to properly diagnose the issue the two prior times the car was there for service are the definition of why people don’t trust dealership service. Maybe I buy a Chevy again in the future, but if Ryan Burton is no longer there, it will not be from your dealership.

had my truck in a month prior for the same reason that i was told needed replacement this time was told it was due to the oversized tires that it was making noise and so i had them do breaks seeing it was already torn apart just upset that your tec said that it wasn’t bad and a month later it’s exactly what i said

Well happy I received a loaner car. Service was done and they actually followed instructions I left for them for my personal confirmation of parts replacement. I noticed they don’t run your car through the wash like the Frankfort dealership but none the less prompt service. Thanks guys
