The experience at the time was okay but I feel like I was ripped off on the labor cost. For something that only took an hour to fix I was charged $330 labor. I wish I waited and went somewhere else after learning it was cheaper at a lot of reputable places elsewhere. I probably won���t come here again for a diagnosis and fix.

This is the first time in the MANY years that we have dealt with this service department that I had a problem with the service technician who dealt with my vehicles issue. If it happens again I will no longer do business with this company!

My experience with my salesman, Chester Paterson, was exceptional. Extremely pleasant buying experience, until it came to the finance manager, Mike, he was completely unprofessional from start to finish. Mike didn't even introduce himself, secondly the interest rate was astronomical, which doesn't make any sense with my credit score, he even commented it was strange yet didn't stop to question it. Thirdly the figures Chester and I discussed were different than what he had on his paperwork. My family has bought at least six vehicles from the hawk dealerships, after this experience I would not feel comfortable to send anyone I know to this dealership, to be taken advantage of by Mike in finance.

I had my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 Trax. The first change was free.They found a problem with one of the lug nuts on one of the wheels. They replaced the bad lug and nut. Also, no charge. They said it was an issue from the factory. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I will continue to have my regular maintainance done at the dealership.

The Hawk dealership was very clean and Angus Chu as before was more than helpful and courteous. Explained the the results of my 32 point diagnostic and oil change. All in all it was nice and peaceful. Thank you
